Caroline joined Rheim Dermatology - Cosmetic Laser Center™ in 2006 and serves as the Practice Manager for the general dermatology and cosmetic office.

She holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from San Jose State University, a State Board certified Esthetician and also holds her state licensing in Manicuring. Her education and training as the Salon Manager for The Spa at Pebble Beach, along with having owned and operated a Day Spa provide invaluable experience to the management and patient services at Rheim Dermatology - Cosmetic Laser Center™.
